Yes I see the double wire under the ground lug. Also the burnt nuetral (white wire) in pic 4. The white wire on the breaker in pic 2. (should be taped black).

I thought Red breakers were GFCI....Can seem to find that on them

If by bonded, you mean is the neutral bus and the ground bus bonded? It is the solid metal bar that is running across the bottom of pic 2 and 3 that are bolted through at the bottom of each bus.

I also just notice several open knock-outs on the right side of the box.

I’ve been seeing a strap to the actual panel box from any of the bus bars.

Wondering if those screws went all the way to the box.

Thanks,

Rick

The red breakers are just red. GFCIs would have a white pigtail and a test button

Red breakers are for those “blind” home inspectors to help identify them by size. icon_biggrin.gif

I had the missing knockouts in the report. Glad you mentioned it just in case.

Thanks,

Rick

Rick,

You didn't mention this, but in the first picture there is a black wire just to the right of the yellow wire nut that seems to be leading to nowhere. It looks like it was just cut and left there. Did that go to or come from somewhere?

Andrew,

There is a damaged receptacle box just outside the service panel that this wire runs to. Both the black and white have been pulled back and cut ?!?!??! This was covered in my report.

Thanks,

Rick
