Happy New Year Larry.
Last word on the subject.
I don’t bother reading terds. The implied smell of vulgarity speaks for itself.
As for Gold nuggets. I can’t see any. Only vulgarity which goes against every grain I and this grand organization stands for. There’s nothing, absolutely nothing of value to learn from this.
As for the video’s. I don’t need frames per second to understand the erroneous methods to discharge lot water. I did it for a living to a degree.
As a home inspector, I have been personally involved with several of the Montreal’s best licensed foundation analyses and Gold Standard repair contractors. If any of their employs or engineers narrated as the OP, they would be out of work and I suspect discharged from any professional association for ethical reasons if a complaint was lodged. That stain, yes sir, a stain, would mark their current carrier as well as any chances of a future carrier in foundation analyses and repair in the industry.
Don’t get me wrong… I am happy he resolves foundation problems and offers a guaranty. Nothing unusual about that. Why congratulate individuals for doing the right thing?
It’s the continued verbal discourse no member should strive for that’s a disgrace. The organization would be a laughing stock of the home inspection industry trying to pass this off as educational.
Mark. You lost me almost 10 years ago with the childish rude behavior. Almost a decade has passed and you still not have strived to communicate with others on the MB and act as a professional.
Too bad.
So sad. Now that’s a real shame.
I wish you health, success, piece and happiness long into the new year.
I will not visit your post any longer.
As well, best of luck with your company.
Best regards.
