I'd like to review some HI Operations Manuals. I'm drafting one and some ideas and examples would help. Should anyone have any they can part with, I'd appreciate it. There must be some waiting for a garage sale or tucked away in the basement or attic.

These manuals are generally used for inspection franchises and contain their “secrets to success”. They protect them like Gold in Fort Knox.

I have to agree with Erol about the chances of getting your hands on a manual, the only other one that I know of outside of the franchises is the old ASHI one, but I believe that that is now out of print.
