High efficiency vent/intake to gas vent

I’ve been looking for clearance requirements but I’m striking out. This looks off to me, thoughts?? Sewer vent, vent for water heater and vent/intake for high efficiency furnace

Any issues obvious and present?

All exhausting except 1 intake on a sealed system, right? What could be the issue?

I’m not seeing a problem.

I wasn’t sure if they could all be so close.

Unless there is something above preventing the pipes from exhausting (and, I don’t see that), I think you are good.

Thanks good sir, it seemed odd but thanks for the info

What type of gas vent? Doesn’t look 10’ feet x 2’ feet from the roof to me.

Not a problem. The 10-2 rule does not apply to high efficiencies.

I agree with Robert. The WH vent looks low in your pictures. I would have to see a wider view and better angle to determine if it might be a real life issue though.

There is no air supply in the photo. No problem.

I tend to agree, but on the technicality side, don’t most atmospheric draft water heater manufacturers still specify the 2 in 10 rule?
