A warning to anyone using an HIP website: Learn how to build a website, or sign up with someone else to build it. Since my site went into “cannot be reached” status, I’ve had ZERO help with customer service. My site just dropped off the face of the earth, and according to HIP, one of their servers went down. This was about a month ago, and still no response from their “team”. I’ve had to start building a new website. I’m blessed to have been in business long enough not to rely on Google searches or my website, but it is still very, very frustrating. Their customer service has become non existent since they were swallowed up by Porch.

Great to see ya back Michael. Wish it were under better circumstances. I agree the CS has declined since the take over. Hopefully you get your website back up soon. Rock on!

Why not seek help from Inspector websites here at Inter-Nachi?
I thought HIP stopped hosting sites around the time everything started going from HTML to WordPress.
