Home Inspectors in Ohio; Warning/Advisement

SB 207

November 12th at the Airport Marriott Hotel, The Ohio State Chapter of
the National Association of Certified Home inspectors will be discussing
this new proposed legislation.

On the surface the bill presents several good qualities requiring inspectors to be licensed in Ohio; However, the bill lacks in several areas.

Don?t let an UN-Defined program like this pass through the legislation.

Attend the Ohio State NACHI Chapter Meeting November 12th

Details? What’s good / bad about the bill?

I plan to attend the meeting on Nov. 12 to learn all of the details but some advance info would be helpful.

Be very careful with who you work with within the political structure in Ohio. Many are trying to burn the videos of their past right now.

Words from a Buckie now living in Florida who has worked with both sides of the aisle.

If they want to reg and license then make all structure properties sales require an inspection. (I like that)

Good luck
