Call a mortgage company, or one of those companies that fix credit.
Just wondering, but if your a Home Inspector, how do you expect to do a business startup without stable capital? You know it takes time to get a company up and running? And if HI is your primary income source, no bank is going to work with you for a reasonable rate without a track record spanning several years.
