Jeff,

Thank you, but I didn't want to have to go to the damn computer in the garage office to do that.

I was hoping that Peter had posted something so that I could go to his profile and pm him.

I'm feeling a little lazy right now.

Ahh hell, it’s not regular email. I could have done it in the dining room.

Pass the pitcher of margerita's this way.

Here are the details of the Houston Chapter. We have free stuff from numerous vendors such as software, coupons for tools and various other items. The tentative date is January 22. Formal email invitations will go out one week from today. The location has not been finalized as I am exploring different venues. I will have an answer on that early next week. I am trying to get a place that is located near the airport so that the driving will be fair to all, but that could change. I would appreciate an email from anyone who would like to attend so that I could get an initial feel for the number of people who plan to attend. Since our area is so large it is difficult to determine if we would have 6 or 60 people. Final details will be sent out on Friday 12/26. My email is peter@inspectit1st.com. Any feedback is appreciated.

I thought I had a free meeting place including meals at a independent senior living center.

When I told the contact that we were a local chapter of a national home inspection association and wanted to bring alcohol, the deal went bad.

She said, and I quote "we are concerned that we may have to add additional security".

I'm still laughing over that one. Are you guys that bad? It's like, let's do our meetings, get falling down drunk and roll some old farts. ![icon_lol.gif](upload://zEgbBCXRskkCTwEux7Bi20ZySza.gif)

Mark will that be bourbon or scotch?
