How to find what this is rated for?

How can I determine what this disconnect’s ratings are? I’m trying to determine if the lugs on the load side are rated for use with two conductors, but I can’t seem to find what I’m looking for based on the label info. Any suggestions for resources to research further? I entered ‘type Q2L rating’ into google, but they didn’t seem to get what I was looking for… Or is it safe to assume the ‘suitable for use with… #4 CU/AL’ means ONE wire, not two? TIA

It’s a 200 amp circuit breaker. I see no indication that the terminals are listed for more than one conductor.

I think it is safe to say, unless it is a grounding conductor on a bus bar or a component with an obvious method for a solid connection for two conductors, you can call out for further evaluation.

You also have this issue…

There are many things wrong with this installation:
There is a feeder on the load side of the 200 amp breaker run with a 4 conductor SER cable. The EGC within that cable cannot terminate on the neutral bus.

There is the two conductors under a single terminal issues.

There are tap conductors that are not in a raceway.

The tap conductors to the breaker on the left needs to have the neutral and EGC terminated separately (assuming that the EGC is terminated at all since it is not visble in the photo).
