Observed mold growth on inside of downstairs window frame. Moisture intrusion is possibly due to improper drainage of the exterior window frame weep-holes, and/or improper sealing of the interior and exterior window frame. Recommend removing mold with soap/water, new caulking on all frame edges, and ensuring weep-holes are unclogged and draining properly.
