How to Reduce the Number of Phone Calls Your Clients Get

“RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! The WORST service I have EVER recieved, or shall I say, never received. I got set up with their service and never received any confirmation or any notification whatsoever. And when something did go wrong I was notified when I called by a snyde, horrible woman who denied any wrongdoing and treated me with total disrespect. She would not let me talk and contined to interrupt me while I was trying to come to a solution. Nathan Thornberry! You need to FIRE HER! She is costing you money! Your company is in dire straits. You lost one customer! How many more will drop when I tell them of your complete lack of customer respect?”

By Disrespected Customer

“RWS is the worst service in any industry I have ever received, Casey was very rude and treats the customer with total disrespect. I cant believe she still has a job. She accused my wife of lying and never returned a call. Told us to find our own contractor and only covered 1/3 of claim. Initially said it had to be 30 days, once she was able to count past 30 she said that seemed like a high amount for the fix and refused to cover. Total scam.”

Nathan these reports true that James just posted? James we’re did you find these reviews?

James I have used Nates products for along time now and I never had an issue nor has my clients ever complained. Reality is this as you know your name my name and most anyone with a web presence will have their info harvested and we are being sold as we type right now all over the country. America businesses have worked this way for many years now. At the end of my inspections I manage my clients expectations and tell them exactly how I come up with a 90 say and recall info. Very few said not interested a majority says send away in my area. So my point is if the inspector isn’t managing client expections then the inspector is the one to blame… Not Nate. He does not hide the fact he collects data to sell alarm systems. Do business or don’t but for me it works and it works well.

Billy
I found them too, How ever every Business with a big volume will always have negative comments do a search they are there.
I take the small amount with a grain of salt. It was to posted here to prove there is complaints out there which the other party said they never had any.

I agree Wayne. If anyone of you ever encounter a rude employee with Inspector Office Pro contact me immediately by phone. Rest assured they will be on the unemployment line.

I disagree.

I have a letter from the Consumer Product and Safety Commission who has reviewed the Recallchek website and reported finding “factual errors” in addition to their very own seal of approval that they had never awarded that product. When they told him to remove it … he did, and then it was back up two months later. They made him take it down, again. To me, that is very dishonest.

When such a dishonest lead broker requires that home inspectors keep their contractual arrangements with him “confidential”, identify him to their clients as an anonymous “TPSP”, and compensates them with cash or services as “independent contractors” in exchange for private information about their clients … I think that this is dishonest, too.

Threatening to sue anyone who suggests to home inspectors that they consult their own (not his) attorney or CPA concerning their obligation to pay tax on the cash or services they receive as “independent contractors” in exchange for private information about their clients … adds to the suspicion of his conduct, exponentially.

You are free to enjoy whatever relationship you have with him as you wish, Billy, but to some ---- the idea of having someone like this dishonest lead broker getting their hands on private data belonging to a home owner BEFORE the home inspector even knows they got a call is not a good thing.

That is what this message board is for - vetting vendors and their wares. He doesn’t like it, but that’s too bad for him. He chose to market here.

James what exactly did they find on his site that wasn’t factual in addition to displaying the seal?

This is is what the spokesman said about “factual errors”: *“Since a quick read of their website indicates factual errors, we would suggest that customers use care when evaluating this service.” *

This is far, far from the misappropriated seal of approval that was being used to misrepresent their endorsement, IMO.

The slanderous little b i tch only knows how to attack the messenger … he can’t deal in fact, because the facts are not on his side.

I guess it’s kind of like the “factual errors” in his posts claiming “We don’t get complaints from users … All of the hypothetical problems stated here are fictitious. That’s a fact.” He’s a liar.

Indeed. Their legal department has had to reach him at least twice, to my knowledge, to insist that he stop using their seal of approval that they never provided to him or his products.

As explained by the spokesman in their communication to me: * “They said they would take down the seal. We will again forward this to our legal department.”*

Finally … a truthful remark.

Interesting thread, here.

It’s been hidden away from the public view in a Members Only section, but it includes highlights of around 23 or so complaints that were made against a company that loves to advertise “Not one single complaint!”.

It is likely that this thread will also be removed to this area before long. They usually do …

Good reading.

LOL.

BBB reports quite a few as well … most of them required BBB intervention and some of them were closed without the client being satisfied. Of course, paying your annual dues still buys you an A+.

Not one complaint.

LOL.

Wait… Don’t waver now… I’m almost convinced.

Remember, Billy?

Do you see any “factual errors” in his post?

RWS, Inc. at one time had 21 “D” and “F” ratings on Angie’s List. Today, you cannot find the RWS, Inc. account on Angie’s List. Why do you think that is?
