Found on the outside of home under a large overhang on the rear of a house.

Code violations....sure but, how would an HI write this up for the potential buyer??

I'm not looking for a right or wrong answer, just curious!

Dave,

What a horrible picture! You must have taken lessons from me. ![icon_cool.gif](upload://oPnLkqdJc33Dyf2uA3TQwRkfhwd.gif)

Really though, I can not see anything more than what I believe is rust and corrosion on the panel.

Can you hook us up with a better picture?

First, it is outdoors and does not have a raintight cover.

The inside probably looks the same, replace it.

Hi to all,

I agree with the others comments, there is enough wrong with that panel to warrant recommending further evaluation by a licensed electritian. In fact it looks that bad that I very much doubt that I would even pull the dead front to see what else was wrong myself.

Regards

Gerry

I agree with Gerry that I probably wouldn’t pull the dead front. Call a sparky for a thorough evaluation.
