The term hydrotherm in my experience refers to a hot oil medium heating system typically used in factory processing, because it can provide temperatures up to 500 degrees. Normally used steam systems provide somewhere around 300 deg at 100 psi so you can imagine the pressure required to get 500 from steam. Never heard of a hydrotherm system in a home.

This is a Hydrotherm LPgas boiler system in my sisters house. It has the factory tag on it with model and serial #'s,and input and output ratings. I’m trying to find out the age and if there is any type of maint. that might need to be done.
