Hey Nick I think I can get the $5K fine reduced to about $1500! But don’t worry OAHI doesn’t get any of the fines the court may impose. The fine goes to the Crown.

The OAHI bylaws you posted said that if you wish to inspect, you cannot hold Retired RHI status. Plus, regardless of whatever association you belong to, you are still lying about being an RHI on your web site.

Norm I guess you do not know OAHI BOD and many others do not follow the Bylaws .
I am still waiting for my Charge to be dealt with from 2004.
Many are still waiting for the finical statements for the last three years.
I do not think there is any chance this BOD can ever get caught up .
Many His have just given up and Joined NACHI a lot less money and lots more education .
If OAHI was concerned at all they would be going after me and others but they do not want to have to go to court and end up having to give info under oath.
Better to do nothing
