I believe in our Alternate Dispute Resolution Service and want to get it going. Toward that end I am going to personally buy 100 subscriptions to it and give it to 100 NACHI members. How do we choose the 100 NACHI members. Any ideas to keep it somewhat fair?

In all seriousness, I agree with Joe. Perhaps it should be announced in the next IQ that the first 100 to sign up at the next quarterly open enrollment will receive the first year free.
Look out #101

Thanks Joe F:
Reviewing the Member list, there are over 6150 Members that have posted fewer than 5 times here.
5175 Members have never Posted/Visited this BB.
Limiting notification or enrollment to BB Posters (or those that read the BB) to this program ( http://www.nachiadrs.com ) is a disservice to the Paid Membership.

Wouldn't we all. But fair is Fair.

Send a notice to all Members (Not just those that post on the BB).
First 100 Members that sign up, receive a rebate of the Fee.
Fair and Simple.
I agree fully.
Blaine mentioned IQ. But how long will it be till the next issue of IQ is published? If it's going to be a while, I feel this ARDS freebie needs to be announced immediately to all Members (as a kick-off to ARDS benefits) which resorts to mailers.

Bill W.,
Folks are signing up in surprising numbers. The idea to give one-year subscriptions to 100 members was all Nick.
For those who are wondering how this will work,
When it is decided who gets the memberships, ADRS will be notified via e-mail, and "winners" will be notified electronically.
As to skepticism, there should be none. It is a good offering at a super reasonable rate.
As to whether E&O carriers recognize the service, it would depend. Some specify arbitration. Some specify specific arbitration. NACHI E&O may be one of those The idea was expanded to be available to ALL NACHI members, regardless of whether they purchase E&O through NACHI or not.
The price of the service was specifically kept low, and is limited to NACHI members only. As to the methodology for giving the subscriptions away, ADRS has nothing to do with it.
And, the fact that some seats are being given away is a really noce thing that Nick is doing.
Its nothing more than that...
