Inappropriate TPO application

That statement was from his original pic. The picture I copied and pasted looks like it is embedded in the report. Crazy bad.

Glitch in the software?

I guess we would all feel better if at least one of them was pointed at the EPDM

Here’s a drone pic I put in a recent report. My client sees this in full resolution, just like below. This is a picture they can use.

The picture looks embedded, but those RED arrows looked “marked up” as the OP stated!

The OP didn’t state that about that picture.

Ok, but what does that have to do with the OP’s posted pics?

That the pictures are garbage and not even worth putting in the report, as I said earlier.

How does a client use a garbage picture to convey to the seller why they are requesting repair, replacement, or a discount? If I was the seller, I’d want way more info and justification before negotiating!

You seem to be overlooking minute details, including this…

Stop thinking 1980. With the technology we have to take great pictures even under extreme circumstances, there is no excuse for a 200’ aerial view and a word salad. Show the client the problem with a great picture.

There you go bitchin’ about drone pics when the majority of “mobile report” users are taking crap photos with their phones!

First things first.

I knew it had to come full circle to be Spectora’s fault somehow.

If they could just stick with landscape or portrait within one report that would be a great place to start

Knowing you don’t use one of the “mobile” software’s, I’m not even sure you realize how accurate that statement is, lol. Stay consistent with your aspect ratio people!

Yeah, I see a lot of reports. Aspect ratio and hand models drive me crazy. No need to mention blurry photos. I do not even care if the lighting is bad, just be in focus please.

YOUR words… not mine!!

I’ll compare my Galaxy S22 Ultra photos to his 15 year old Canon Powershot that he dragged and dropped into word.

His other photos are good. The EPDM roof is clear. I think we were looking at a software issue, screen shot issue or similar.

Screenshot of a screenshot??

Yeah, well I was mentoring a kid who walked off because I used a camera and desktop. Let’s see how far his i-phone 15 gets him when it comes down to the nitty gritty. It won’t make a smidgeon of difference.
