Does anyone have a contract or template for infrared scanning of a residential property? I have searched the NACHI site and havent found anything specific. Although IR scanning should show more issues, I dont want the client to think that it is x-ray vision and that nothing can get past IR. Everything has its limitations so Im looking for something that explains the limits of the environment and basically protect myself. Thanks in advance for any help!
