I am looking for a billing form for IR work! Flir has a inspection report but that’s only half of it. I received a call and was asked if i can find Brinn lines in the cement at the Arena looks like they have some leaks. What do i use to submit a bill to the town need something professional yet simple. if you can help email to inspections@live.ca thanks
