what I meant by that is (context) is charge your wage, “a workman is worth his or her’s wage” so basically don’t charge under your worth wage. Does that make sense?

I generally do whatever it takes within reason to earn a satisfied client because that can only be a positive thing and possibly lead to more business down the road (if they like and appreciate you and your efforts, they will refer you to their friends). I find, in my case, that it is a good practice to give a little in the process.

You are your own boss, and set your own schedule. However, if you are asking our opinion on your own rates and your situation you probably already know your own answer. Hence seeking opinions. I will work any hours, even weekends including Sunday’s and probably travel longer distance than most are willing to travel. The only “extra” charge I may imply is a distance fee and that’s 50miles out of my area will I even consider doing such charge. But that is my preferred customer service and it’s up to the buyer and or realtor to continue with my offered service. I will say if your going to do the inspection make sure your T’s are crossed and I’s are dotted in your report. Extra frustrations from start of schedule may escalate later on.
