I did a fairly extensive survey of Texas compliant software and went with Homegauge (homegauge.com). Another interesting one if you want to use a Palm or PocketPC in your inspections is Inspectionwise.com. I’ve talked to Bob extensively and he seems very committed to customer satisfaction.

I have used inspectit for Texas and am currently using InspectionWise. I really like using the palm and tech support is very good for InpectionWise.
