I’m taking a statistics class at Carroll Community College. For my next assignment, I’m doing a statistics research study on property inspections. I’m struggling to get enough numbers. If it possible, can anyone share their property price and whether you had an inspection done, maybe a client or friend? No name or addresses. Anything helps, I’m about 24 hours late now. I think you are asking the wrong group Joseph. We inspect homes. I think a realtor will be able to help you with numbers.
As inspectors we inspect 100 percent of the homes we were hired/retained to inspect, most times. I say most times because, I personally have walked away from a contract to inspect for safety reason or the client was unreasonable.
