I noticed that you only have 5-posts here, how long have you been doing standard inspections? Chances are real good that the only Realtors you will get a foot in the door with a new product like MIC will be those Realtors that you have long standing with and are well trusted by.
Good point - doing it about 6 months - made good contact with many realtors - they just seem to be afraid of opening a can of worms -
