Hi Nick,
I am a homeowner in the midst of a substantial residential construction project.
We have parted ways with our GC and I need an inspector to assess certain areas of his work, and also assess completion percentages on certain areas of the project.
I have spoken with a few CMI inspectors referred to by your website, but unfortunately I haven’t found anybody who undertakes this kind of inspection work. I am being told that most inspectors will only review post drywalll.
The house is fully framed and rough in is complete - can you recommend someone with the experience to inspect at this stage of construction for us?
The property is located in Los Angeles 90046.
