Truly an unfortunate circumstance. This will give us all something to think about as we go about our inspections. This was obviously a man that took ownership of his work, that’s integrity! Hopefully no inspector will feel what he felt when he learned of the collapse. The days following must have been agonizing! May he now find peace!
