Mould growth requires moisture to grow. If there is no moisture then the mould is not present and if it is it is dormant. If the test is positive then start looking for the water source. Seepage in basements, Pipes leaking. Roof leaking, Window condensation, Condensation in attic, etc. It’s the Etc that can bite you.
I’ve found mould growing on window glass because the occupant has thick curtains that he never opened and high humidity.
The moisture test is a warning to look until you find the source.

Like I said before, when all the work is complete, I will be able to get the ladders for less than $200.

Keep us informed, under $200.00 is good:eek:

Roy, this seems like a great deal. However, this one only extends to 15’ which doesn’t seem to be anywhere near what would be required for a 2 story roof. Would probably need one that extends at least to 19’ would you agree?

I have been using this size for 7 years If it will not get me there then I do not go .
I have a 25 power scope on a tripod that I can use if needed.
Any longer is not handy for getting up in the attic.
I know of many HIs who use this size and are very successfull .

Sorry mine is a 10202

Tyrone,

Any luck yet getting 12.5" Telesteps here in Canada for about $200?

-James Walker

Andy, you may have to go to an industrial products supplier like Wolseley, Aklands Granger, Tenequip or Fastenal (to name a few). Another option is to shop through E-bay but if you do that, remember, “buyer beware”. Good luck and cheers to quality inspections.

I bought a ladder a couple of weeks ago at Canadian Tire, it folds up to about 5’ 6", and extends to 19’. It is made by Lite Products Ltd. and I paid $300 on sale.
