Most insurance offices refer out the vendor that they want (or choose) to work with; if you want to service that market, get out there and start meeting some agents/brokers/etc. You’ll have to offer them something they aren’t already getting, most agents have a few “go-to” inspectors already for their needs.
It’s an open market, but most offices will simply choose the person or inspection company that provide the least expensive report, with the least amount of hassles.
