I had a question about responding to items we entered when we received a response back from Ben/Dev team. If we have a related question or more details about it, can we respond to the email we received, or should we find the original question in the Community Feedback page and respond to that?
I wasn’t sure if I responded to the email if the rest of the dev team would see my response or if that only went back to Ben…
Do you have an ETA for the android app?

@bgromicko1 I was able to download an app on my Galaxy Tab A (android device) a couple weeks ago and have full access to the software and my reports. Is this the app you are working on for android or something else? So far almost everything appears to work just like the desktop version.
I have been playing around with things in my downtime, working on setup. 2 quick questions- will the work we do know in building out the backend survive to the final version or is it better to not invest the time in that part at this stage? And second, how many people are working on the the dev team? Just curious about the speed of the development basically. Looks good so far with my playing around, and lovethe data pledge and not being harvested like spectora is doing to us. Thanks.

I’m also in the beta group and have spent quite a bit of time building out my templates. I can’t personally confirm it yet, but from everything I’ve seen, it does look like the beta templates should carry over to the live version.
As far as development speed goes, it’s been solid. When I’ve reported bugs or asked questions, I’ve typically seen responses or fixes within about a day, sometimes even quicker.

Thank you for the info! I started to think this dedicated bnx software chat was dead. Things seem pretty good on the back-end, I just need the android app to do anything with it in the field. Any idea when or where that might be? Thanks again.

I’ve been on the wait list for over a month. Hope it opens up and they have the Android version running. Been with Palm-Tech almost 7 years and am pretty much done with it.

there seems to be an internal server error when you try to get onto the BNX platform. at least at 2:40 Sunday its been down.
