Is advertising in the Yellow Pages really effective?????

I was thinking about advertising in the Yellow Pages, but wasn't sure if inspectors get a lot of calls from this type of advertised listing.

Please let me know if there is any other type of advertising that "works" for contacting home buyers directly without going thru real estate agents....

I have a 1/2 inch ad in my hometown book and 1 line listings in some others.


I get enough business from them that it much more than pays for the ads.

I just don't go for the big costly ads. Can't see the payback there.
