That is really tough to diagnose from that photo, angle etc... any additional photos may help, but you are better off getting someone inside to look... either an inspector, contractor or engineer.

It looks like a crack in the drywall tape joint, not unusual in a 10 year old house, but if the floor over it is sagging, it may be a compromised truss. You’ll probably have to tear down the ceiling to properly diagnose this. If there is no displacement in the ceiling, I would just respackle and repaint it, and consider it part of the regular maintenance.

Looks really bad. I’d call either a licensed Geo-Technical Engineer or competent general contractor for further analysis and repairs. Don’t waste time on here - get calling.
