IMO… not likely… too modern… BUT… only way to know for sure is to have it tested.
Is there any visible damage that concerns you?
If so, call it out for repairs and make mention that all building materials of this type should be handled “as if it is an ACM”, and to proceed with repairs utilizing appropriate PPE and disposal practices.

It looks more like a mineral fiber or fiberglass acoustical ceiling tile from here.

The ONLY way to tell is to take a small sample to be looked at under a microscope by a certified lab. Costs $40 for 2 day service in my area.
Age of construction is your only way to WAG the issue.
Nope, not likely, but a test is your only real answer.
