Gerry and I have been at the Inspection Expo in Las Vegas for the last 3 days representing NACHI very well. We have had a huge amount of interest in our organization, lots of members stopped by, and LOTS and LOTS of soon to be members stopped by. Most everyone had heard of and researched our organization, many have already taken the exam and heard we were coming here and were waiting to talk to us. Here is a picture of Gerry and I at the Booth.

Nick, that is our new booth that I bought a few months ago. It breaks down and I ship it, usually by UPS or Freight. It takes about 30 minutes to set up and about 15 to take down. The hardest part is getting the signs straight, because they are a velcro back, and they DO stick as soon as you put them up. Unfortunately, thanks to the U.S. Postal Service, I have to order some new signs.
I can use some help the first part of October at the Missouri Association of Realtors Conference in Branson setting the booth up straight. I also need help at the NAR Conference in Orlando the first week of November, unfortunately, two of the other conferences I am going to, the booth is too small for the display.
I am also looking at going to the Tri-State Realtors Conference for NJ, PA and NY the first week of December, any takers on helping me there.
If you are interested in helping at any of the above, please email me at membership@nachi.org.

Nick, I have done it a couple of ways. I have had them hold it for me and I try to pick it up and stuff it in a rental car and I have also sent it straight to the Expo company and had them have it there ready for me to set up. I prefer the second. Yes I buy insurance, but I am going to start using Yellow Freight instead, same price, includes insurance, no up charges, etc.

Dave, I don't know if you used Yellow much but when you have to collect on there insurance around here for something they crushed you'll find out why they call themself Yellow. Just be careful is all I'm sayin.
