Here is one with a leak waiting to happen I have never seen a tiled roof with a sky light before this was the morning inspect don’t get a lot of tile inspection period not popular in my area

I wouldn’t have a clue on flashing a skylight on a tile roof. Never seen one up here. ;)
I don’t have to tell you how long caulking last as we both know not long
Gotta get off here reports to do and a 6 hour round trip inspection tomorrow out in the town that had the Tornado last week should be interesting and the pay is good
