Do home inspectors carry ladders so they can check the receptacles that may be used for holiday lighting or roof deicing?

This picture shows an unsafe practice, I too am guilty, how about you?

I spent a few years on top like that doing fire sprinklers. Won’t get into the times spent on top of a 30 footer in a huge two story living room at vertical with the top section against the upstairs railing. I would lock my leg and reach over to the sprinkler fitting which was about 3 feet out from the railing. The only thing keeping it from crasing through the windows nearby was my helper bracing the bottom. Thank god OSHA was not there.

Course just the other night I climbed from the tip of a 100 foot aerial ladder onto a balcony seven stories up. Nothing but balance to keep you from the ground. ![icon_biggrin.gif](upload://iKNGSw3qcRIEmXySa8gItY6Gczg.gif) Actually saw someone drop their helmet from that height once.
