My land lord has not put any fire extinguishers in the house. I rent the bottom floor.
I can’t find one in the basement either.
I ask him to replace and he did not oblige.
What can I do?

So are there codes that say the building must have a fire extinguisher; particularly while renting to tenants? Where can I find the laws around this?
