rusted out door, new make shift door, if ya wanna call it that.

buyers got screwed, the usual.

did a water test w/a hose, leaked within 5 minutes = exterior crack (s), cracked parging etc in chimney wall (s) allowing water in basement = exterior waterproofing is the ONLY thing that will STOP the water

doing the job tomorrow (maybe they should have called the home inspector playing Mr Waterproofer)
