You just get in the car, roll down the passenger window and reset it. That’s “accessible” icon_wink.gif

Naw!

  1. The windows don’t “roll down”.

  2. The alarm was on.

  3. My pucker factor was too high just slipping past the car, never mind getting my nasty a$% (after being in the CS) into the car!

This is still not a defect if the new owner parks a little farther from the wall.

I did make the realtor look the car over!

No damage when I was there! icon_rolleyes.gif

No, it's not a defect, but a huge liability for me.

We don't move personal property, remember?

David,

Not a liablilty.

It's just a disclaimer. "Unable to test all GFCI's due to presence of personal property obstructing access. Recommend GFCI's be properly tested when access is granted and approriate action taken."

Translation ... The cost of fixing that car if I scratch it trying to access that there outlet is a lot more than just replacing that there outlet, so I am just not going there ... ![icon_lol.gif](upload://zEgbBCXRskkCTwEux7Bi20ZySza.gif)

Accessible, Readily (Readily Accessible). Capable of being reached quickly for operation, renewal, or inspections without requiring those to whom ready access is requisite to climb over or remove obstacles or to resort to portable ladders, and so forth.

Supports your claim.

Also (again), I take pictures of every access point to support future complaints.

These were the same house two days ago:

READILY ACCESSIBLE: READILY-MEANS AT THAT MOMENT. ACCESSIBLE-MEANS NOT PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE FOR THE “AVERAGE” PERSON. TRANSLATION> THE COST TO FIX EVEN A BUTT PRINT ON THAT MID-LIFE CRISES-MOBILE WILL GREATLY EXCEEDS THE FEE OF THE INSPECTION.
