violation. I listed it as an INVESTIGATE FURTHER.


I told the closing company, "I stuck my head on the chopping block once, I'm not putting it there "In Writing" again!

I told him that I should not even be talking to him about the inspection. He does not have a copy of my report. He said no one else does either. He just needs a letter to close!!!

I know I did the right thing, but if any of you really up on codes could comment on panels in the closet I would be grateful.

A first for me.

Absolutely, and my inspection agreement says who I can talk to about the report findings although I make an exception for the homeowner (seller) for serious safety hazards.
