Any ideas why the plumber would have ran the plumbing like this?
This is the waste line for upstairs toilet, viewed from the first floor.

Darren,
Maybe he didn't want too many turns next to each other. It may slow down the flow or be harder to use an auger?

Because of the size of the hole for the drain it needs to be a certain distance from the support.

Thank you both.
I don’t usually get the chance to view the plumbing, and was wondering why it was ran that way.
I appreciate your help,
Sincerely,
Darren
