My name is Humberto Suarez, and I own Evolve Property Inspections in Miami, Florida.
We are expanding our commercial inspection services and will soon be offering ASTM E2018 Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) for lenders, investors, property managers, and commercial real estate clients.
Before I spend a significant amount of time building a custom template from scratch, I wanted to ask if anyone has already developed an ASTM E2018 Property Condition Assessment template or a similar commercial PCA template for Home Inspector Pro.
I would be happy to purchase a professionally developed template if one is available.
