Legacy Home Inspections LLC is coming to the St Louis Market in Nov 2016. We became the largest Inspection company in the Kansas City market in just 2 years and we are now ready to take St Louis by Storm.

If you are interested in joining our team we will be holding both phone and face to face interviews starting Oct 14th.

We make it easy for inspectors to get more business. Our inspectors are averaging 6 and 7 inspections a week. We do all the marketing and sales calls to the agents. All inspectors are paid on a 1099 and will be required to use Inspector Pro for the reports and follow our Presentation standards to the buyers and agents at the end of every inspection. We have changed the game in the KC market and will be doing the same in St Louis.

James, at those prices? how can you pay someone to do them, Our inspectors take home what you charge?

Maybe they get a bonus if they follow the “presentation standards.” :smiley:

With no ill feelings intended, I get the same fee for a ><600 SQ FT condo as you charge for 5000 - 6000 sq ft.
If you move to Montreal I will hire all your inspectors.
