lool last try for a couple of humans on this subject sheesh

eh, the following homeowners ONLY got, saw… water in their basement at–along the bottom of basement wall and basement floor, got it? They didn’t see, get water up higher, on wall, in basement, ya folla?
see the exterior cracks? Those are why-where the water first entered INTO the hollow-block wall. Then the water dropped through the LOWER blocks until it deposited (lol) in the bottom course where it then came out onto your basement FLOOR!

Again, same thing, here is the inside where she leaked…
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M8gOBD4aq6Q) did you HEAR her?
She just painted (drylok) the wall, her son also raised and sloped the exterior grade. They kept leaking.
HERE is why-where water was getting in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E_ALP7yuuBA)
The exterior cracks allowed water into the hollow blocks and caused the efflorescence etc on inside wall.

Basement pressure relief systems? loll scam! Listen please, IF it was mostly or ALL about a supposed need for drainage, drain tiles and sump pump then WHY did the basement continue to leak, they put new drain tiles etc in!!
I can post many of these same inept, scamming, lousy systems that did not fix/waterproof any of the homeowners actual existing defects which were exterior cracks, cracked parging etc
Here was where-why it leaked, had nothing to do with a need for better drainage, drain tiles, interior pressure relief pfffffffffffffffft
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tq_o7C6KMUA) .

Inside basement, mold, efflorescence and it leaked until she found us, that’s right. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HALcgt9ho2M
She had… exterior cracks in foundation wall and cracked parging, she already tried raising

Wet, leaky basements, raise and slope the GRADE huh? Nonsense.
Homeowner has a raised a sloped grade lol

Same house INSIDE the basement. Homeowner had paneling up against the wall. He ONLY got, saw… water at the bottom of the foundation wall–basement floor!
This is why he leaked https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D0puicQF5NM)

Some homeowners, the lucky ones, will only have 1 or more deteriorated, leaky rod holes, NO cracks, so if those are done correctly then they can be done on the inside. It’s best for you Mr https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5dpGpiB7kQI) further deterioration.

Thanks for your dedication to doing it right, and showing us the reality of it all. I frequently read your posts and watch your videos, but don’t always take the time to thank you. Great job!

I think John’s posts are interesting also. Even though we don’t have basements down here.

thanks Gent’s, am just tired of seeing homeowners get lied to and ripped off… you guys see that on some of your inspections
