see the exterior cracks? Those are why-where the water first entered INTO the hollow-block wall. Then the water dropped through the LOWER blocks until it deposited (lol) in the bottom course where it then came out onto your basement FLOOR!

Basement pressure relief systems? loll scam! Listen please, IF it was mostly or ALL about a supposed need for drainage, drain tiles and sump pump then WHY did the basement continue to leak, they put new drain tiles etc in!!
