I’ve seen something like this a number of times but do not know what they are. I’m not very concerned about it because they’re low voltage, just curious. What are these wires typically for?

That’s just crazy talk. If there were wires on phones, how did you drive and talk on the phone at the same time? Or record Karen when she is going off on the waitress at BWW?
