I’m going to be performing a wind mitigation on a home that has a mansard roof. I don’t have photos of the home but I believe the top is flat with a membrane roof and I’m curious about any input that anyone can provide.
Here’s one I had a few weeks ago. Most of the community have this style.
I designated it “other”.
There was no attic so for roof to wall connection & nail/spacing I marked “other” no attic.

This community is also infamous for the surface not draining.
It was a little wet up there!
