Hi Brian,
Try a search on this board - there is some good info here. Some quick thoughts though for a Florida house:
Often the manufactured homes I inspect have a well; we encourage water testing.
Usually a septic system.
Be prepared to crawl under the house. It's usually a decent crawl as crawls go. The ventilated panels can be annoying to get apart and back together.
Look for incorrect work such as steps and porches - and sheds.
Look for screws backing out around the soffits/eaves.
Wood rot everywhere - porches, steps, decks...
Water heater behind a screwed on panel.
No attic access.
Outside A/C label not readable.
Look close at Interior plumbing - look for the gray stuff.
Look for rot in the wet room floors.

Hi Brian, I have found that cardboard boxes left under the homes from the sideing get wet and start to smell. Mold is common, so when you go in the house, use your nose. Bob Kittl

Well the inspection went very well 1500 sq ft , the only items of concern were an outlet with an open ground, a vent fan in the mar bedroom that was inop and a range fan that was in need of a bearing, lack of gfci in the kitchen near the sink. Now if I could only manage to book 5 or 6 a week I would be in business!!!
