I was wondering if anyone can give me some guidance on marketing my buisness specifically mailing out a letterhead to realtors offices. Should i mail it addressed to the realtors office or should I mail to the location with attention to a person on the envelope?
Example:
Not trying to be a smart ass, but there is a difference in “Realty” which our business is based on and the “reality” of understanding your market, and who to market to.
If you want a cheaper approach, most all realtors’ office list their agents on their website. Almost all agents have their email contact. Make a nice introductory email with a single page brochure that looks profession and one that you can attach within your email. Little to no cost, however as Matin stated, it too will probably end up in spam or deleted. The good side is you didn’t come out of pocket like you would for printing and postage.
I don’t think that would be possible Gregory. I recommend a lead system to get your business rolling. This recommendation will no doubt create pushback on this forum. It works for some and does not work well for others. You’ll need to find your own path and see what works for you.
There are so many variables. It depends on your market.
I’m not intimately familiar with the program, but the USPS has a way for you to target a neighborhood. Maybe pick a brand new neighborhood and market the 11th month warranty inspection.
That blows my mind. It seems like backwards logic. If i was a realtor and i was working for my client and a home inspection is performed. Its a good negotiating tool for lowering my clients closing sale. Especially with the inflated housing market. Help me look at this another way. I cant figure that out.
