McQuay air handler

Inspected a 1967 condominium with a McQuay Inc air handler (manufactured in Minneapolis), model number SVD-81-U with serial number V 110, used for both cooling and heating. The cooling system was functional during the inspection. I believe the boiler, which was not accessible in the building, was off for the summer season, so the heat could not be tested.

Any guess on the age of the unit? I think it may be the original installed in the unit.

At that age recommend replacement. It beyond its useful life
