Good advice, but sadly, will be ignored. Ray has an agenda and will refuse to back off. He has failed to understand that you cant force things to change by constant rhetoric and frivolous tirades. State your point concisely and then leave it alone. Let people think instead of badgering them.

Ray was far from the sole voice. Ray and Roy made things up, because they had no clue about actual facts. Calude Lawrenson and myself provided reams of information but much of it didn’t fit their agends so it was shat upon.

Why do you try and make your self out as the good Guy you from the get go have said many many not nice things about NACHI .
From the get go I have never varied in my support of NACHI.
You suddenly are out of funds and many in the Canadian Associations want nothing to do with the NCA.
This has gone on for many years and still all we get is we are going to have about 500 members by the end of the year .
Not long ago it was 5,000 and now you only have the latest facts given out are about 150.
We get funny figures all the time .
You need to come down to earth and quit telling what is going to happen and tell us what has happened .

I will gladly answer any question I can about the current matters concerning the National Certification Program. Once again, I ask for respect and civility and I will also offer the same.
The NCP is here and it is a reality, so I see no merit in bringing up old arguments about why it was started, etc., but let’s see how it goes.
However, the Q & A has to out of bounds to Wand and Cooke. They have poisoned far too many other attempts at dialogue we have tried. If they enter the converstaion I will end it.

Yes, I would like to see all Canadian Home Inspectors see the virtues or cons of the NCP. However, everytime the topic is brought up, the issues are clouded with barbs and digs to memberes such as in your post #37.
Positive debate on an issue is great and should be embraced as a learning tool. This is why we joined INACHI. To learn from each other and be enlightened to new and inovative ideas.
I had asked before the a Q&A on NCP thread be posted and what did we get?

This is not what I joined for. I refer clients to the INACHI site to obtain information and updates. Not swearing and cursing *** has been in the past.
Also with comments that are allowed on the by non members that have absolutely no idea of whats happening coming onto this BB and slandering INACHI is damaging to all.
That is why I agree with Jims decission to the mambers only board.
Roy you were a great asset to INACHI and look forward to more from you in the future on this board however, after 2 or 3 years of hearing nothing totally concrete on the NCP and developements that are taking place may now not be clouded due to personal differences.

As one of the founding members of the OAHI I have realized years ago that the membership and RHI designation is of little or no importance to stay alive in our increasingly competitive business. As a result I have simply not renewed my membership for 2001 - which resulted in losing my RHI designation #020 - and the E&O group insurance privileges at that time. Regardless of the consequences - I have never joined another organization.
There are many legitimate reasons to challenge and to criticise the way the OAHI organisation is being operated and/or is being influenced. However - Raymond Wand’s endless tirades and vulgar personal attacks have accomplished absolutely nothing as of today. But he certainly has overstepped any tolerance level long time ago.
