Mobile Home Anchor Type?

I ran across these interesting tie-down anchors on a 1968 mobile home (but likely installed around 12 years ago) and was struggling to describe them properly. It is some type of “cross-drive ground anchor” was the closest I got. Anyone know who the manufacturer is (was) or how they could be described more precisely?
