I have an insurance agent that wants me to start doing mobile home tie down inspections in Florida, is this basically a 4-point with taking pictures of the tie downs? If anyone can give me some insight on these it would be greatly appreciated!
You may contact an engineering firm for information. I do foundation certs for Harrison Engineering. Includes tie downs, piers, skirting and exterior attachments. Good folks to work with and simple to complete the report. Pay depends on the overall cost, plus mileage.

As Greg stated, you need to work for an engineer (they will stamp/sign the report).
Your HI license doesn’t qualify you to do tie-down inspections.
