I am searching other labs to use for my mold samples and seen InterNACHI is recommending Pro Lab… I emailed them asking them questions and one question that cannot be answered (or I cannot understand) is how they determine a mold is elevated… Currently the labs I use have sent me some type of interpretation for the reports. For those of you who use Pro Lab, how do you justify to your clients what Pro Lab has considered elevated when they say all the results are proprietary in determining elevated or non elevated. I want to be able to explain to my clients what mold is elevated and at what level that mold would/would not be considered elevated. I was all set to switch labs until this… I am not bashing them, I just want to see how other inspectors using them justify the results to your clients. Thanks
